CAJON
An Afro-Peruvian rectangular wooden box. The player sits on the instrument and plays it with the hands between the legs. It is associated with the styles from the coastal towns of Peru. The cajon is very popular internationally nowadays, and has even found a place as “the” percussion instrument of the Spanish flamenco ensemble.
Kann man sich mal anhören:
Das Teil ist ideal für kleine Sessions zuhause, wo ein Schlagzeug zu gross und zu laut wäre. Passt gut zu Akustik-Gitarre und -Bass.
Sobald ich mich innerlich von 200 Euronen verabschiedet habe, kommt so ein Ding ins Haus.
